Quality Assurance

We review our staff on a regular basis.  American Office Installers has a bi-annual review for all field installers that are completed by our lead installers, our scheduler, and the principal owners.  Our lead installers have an annual review. These reviews focus on attitude, punctuality, attendance, appearance, uniform, patience, communication, tools, motivation, mechanical experience, and quality of work. Lead installers in addition to these areas also are evaluated on leadership and paperwork.

We believe that front-end pre-installation planning and communication are keys to providing quality installations and successful projects.

American Office Installers reviews all installations prior to providing final pricing, reviews the site prior to installation, meets to review installation drawings and is available when necessary to attend project meetings on site. Upon substantial completion of a project, a final walk through is completed with the lead installer. Any punch list items are identified with an action plan for completion developed.  The client is asked to sign a certificate of completion when the project is considered satisfactory.
