Bill has over 23 years of experience in the Industry. Bill began as an installer and was quickly promoted to lead installer. He remained a Lead installer for 5 years during which he was involved with many projects ranging from 1 workstation to 750 workstations. Most of those projects involved hands on coordination ranging from the receiving of product to the final walk through. In the beginning of his 5th year he was promoted to Project /Move manager. His attention to detail, vision, & exceptional customer service has made him one of the most respected people in his field in the Pittsburgh market. Bill has worked diligently the past 21 years to build a team that includes Project Managers, Installers, Drivers and warehouse personnel that hold the highest standards & customer service in the industry.

Dennis began his career in the industry in 1993. He specializes in commercial moving from office workstations/systems furniture, records/documents, filing, mobile file units, and all types of furniture in between. Dennis also has unparalleled Project Management/Move skills from the initial move meeting to project completion and works tirelessly to make your move seamless.

Frank has over 28 years of industry experience, and is an efficient, analytical and quality driven operations management executive that plans and executes effectively. Customer, quality and results focused who provides strategic vision and leadership that drive process improvement, efficiency, productivity and positive bottom-line results. He is an expert in combining business and financial strategic planning with tactical implementation and execution to optimize long-term gains in performance, revenue and profitability.

Phil has been a lead installer since 1997 and has been the lead installer on all project sizes.  He is an experienced leader with superb organization skills.  His ability to delegate, think quickly to resolve issues, and attention to detail help to keep his projects running smoothly and on schedule.  Phil commands professionalism and the highest quality of workmanship on all projects.  Phil has excellent communication skills with customers and receives very positive feedback for his efforts.  He has the proven ability to oversee large projects.

Tim started with American Office Installers in 2014 as our Scheduler. He has strong organization & communication skills that are necessary to effectively manage the day-to-day aspects of our delivery and installation teams. He coordinates the proper manpower, equipment, supplies, etc. for all of our deliveries and projects while maintaining constant communication with our lead installers and providing real time updates to our customers.

Wayne has been with American Office Installers since 2013 and started out in the field as an Installer. In September of 2016, American Office Installers teamed up with a flooring company, managing their logistics and distribution. Wayne was promoted and seamlessly moved into the Manager of our logistics division, and then took on the Warehouse Manager role in August of 2019. Wayne updates our customers daily on the receipt of product orders and communicates any and all discrepancies to keep our customers up-to-date.
